The microphone on the Left airpod is much more quieter than the other one, and it’s driving me nuts! I’ve tried all of the above, and it refuses to work. It’s gotten to the point where I have to turn off noise cancellation and transparency mode.

Go to the System/Sound settings pane and make sure the balance slider is in the middle.
