Cannot accept new Icloud Terms and Conditions

Hello. I am getting a message that i need to accept new terms and conditions to be able to continue to use Icloud on this iPhone and enter the passcode to accept. When i click on continue to even see the new conditions and terms, it just gives an error “Unable to complete action” I was trying to do it later for several days now, tried rebooting the phone but nothing helps. Although, i’m still able to use Icloud, this message keeps coming and i cant even accept the terms. What should i do?

UPD: I have latest version of IOS 17, please don’t tell me to update to IOS 18 as it kills the performance of the phone. This should as well be solved on the last version of IOS 17 imho…

IOS 17.7.1 (it says its the most recent except for IOS 18)

Same here. Updated and continues to say “cannot complete action”

I’m sorry, but i don’t get any code. I’m just clicking on “continue” button and it just gives the error that the action cannot be completed at this time, but this has been going on for several days now… Can’t figure out what’s going on. Glad that you want to help, but this is just not the case with the codes or anything
