How to update Payment subscription for App downloads

Hey there so I have an issue with verification for my phone in billing payments and it always goes back to the verification after I’ve filled out my card numbers.

I’ve noticed that I’ve got a pending subscription from 2022 for 260+ on one guitar app. I have never used it or never meant to subscribe to that plan and I have no idea how fix or solve this issue, if anyone has any idea how I can get my card to work again where I can download the apps again that would be great!
