Emails not downloading content

It appears this is an ongoing issue for years. Lately it has been so consistent I am planning to get another phone (not Apple). I cannot run two businesses like this. I need to see my emails! Tired of forwarding them to another random gmail account to see them load there. I don’t hace that time to waste!
