Apple Music 1.5.0.174, Sequoia 15.0.1
I have looked at all the previous solutions to click and drag songs to a new order and nothing works.
Both iPhone and MacBook Pro do not work.
Any new ideas out there?

You should be able to drag tracks up or down a regular or smart playlist when it is sorted by Play Order. This isn't possible for playlist folders. Sorry if I confused things by bringing that up.

Is View > Sort By > Playlist Order selected? You cannot manually sort playlist folders.

I do have it set that way, I was hoping I could manually sort them. Thanks for letting me know it's not possible.
