Can't find browser that allows bookmark toolbar on my iPad

I’m new to iPads and apple I can’t seem to find a browser. that allows bookmark toolbars tried my usual chrome but google seem to have decided to remove it! any suggestions how to overcome or alternative that allows such

Have you tried using the native Safari Browser App - and enabling the Favourites Bar within Safari settings?

iPadOS 18.x

Settings > Apps > Safari > Show Favourites Bar - set to ON

iPadOS 17.x and earlier

Settings > Safari > Show Favourites Bar - set to ON
