Nord VPN download won't work from Apple TV4K App Store

I have been trying to download Nord VPN from the App Store on my Apple TV 4K but it just spins and spins. It does not download. Anybody have any idea what is wrong with it? I have a Nord account and have it loaded on all of my apple hardware. Any help would be appreciated!

Could it be that you still have to confirm your agreement with new terms and conditions? That might block some App Store functions, although I suppose a notification would be appropriate then.
Try a device restart. Then try again.
Try signing out of your account, then sign in again. Then try again.
Can you download other apps on this device?
If the issue persists, then consider asking advice from the Apple Support staff regarding App Store downloads.

Thanks for your help. Signing out and signing back in with a restart got the app downloaded and working.
