how do I remove downloaded songs from my iPhone?
I go to the settings in the Apple Music app. There is no option to do anything with downloaded songs.

What I usually do to delete downloaded songs is I go to my library on the Apple Music app -> and then I choose -> the three dots at the right of each downloaded song -> and click "remove download".

This is exactly what I tried to do, but when I click on the three dots and see the option for removed download, it is “grayed out.”
Then in your shoes I would contact Apple support.
