I can’t see my new emails

People keep sending me emails and I do not see them and every time I try to delete emails that I don’t need they come back to me they do not get deleted

Your iPhone probably isn’t logged in to your email provider, unless it is iCloud; that would account for both symptoms.


Go to Settings/Mail (Settings/Apps/Mail if you have iOS 18), tap on Accounts then your mail account and delete it. Then add it back with your correct email address and password.


If it IS iCloud post back and we can troubleshoot further.
