I tried syncing my iPhone through Finder, and in the From My Mac albums that I usually get my pictures from to my phone, it's not adding any more new ones. How do I fix this?

I don’t understand how that’s supposed to remedy this.
My iPhone kept getting all my photos from the specific folders in my Macbook all the time, but it stopped adding any new ones from there until now.
Try using the app Image Capture that's in your Applications folder. It is often more effective for some situations.
