Is my iPad being tracked even when turned off?

Multiple things tracking even TURNED OFF GREYED OUT option, my ipad hasn’t been touched in 3 or more days y would I have Alerts shortcuts and automations showing an arrow when it’s off? As well as find my, is someone tracking my iPad? I’m very uptight about things tracking me I always look when I see the arrow and Iv taken screenshots of both from a few minutes ago when it was last used 3days and something hours ago, will need to check the exact time since it was used. Sorry strange message, I’m just freaked out made this account for this. It’s a 12,9 2020 iPad Pro but have a few iPads, this is just what I’m using as an example
