Apple Music Problems

I’ve been using iTunes / Apple Music for a long time and i have never had any issues in all these years. Until now. The way i use Apple Music is, i just listen to songs i own, so songs i put on the computer with cd’s and songs i bought from the iTunes Store. I don’t have a subscription to Apple Music, i don’t use iCloud, i don’t use Apple Music on a phone or tablet. Just files on my desktop computer. About two months ago i started having issues with Apple Music. I can’t create new playlists, can’t rename playlists, can’t add songs to existing playlists, can’t add songs to Apple Music at all anymore. I can still play music from existing playlists and the rest of the music that’s already in Apple Music. But that’s about it. When it started i was still on Sonoma. But i upgraded to Sequoia, hoping it would fix the problems i’ve been having. But nothing changed. I found some other people who seem to have the same issues i’ve been having, but i haven’t found a solution yet. Anybody know what i can do to fix this? Thanks.
