Email direct from a comma separated list

(I saw a similar question but no answer). I want to send a one-time e-mail to a list without involving the Contacts app. This is why: Our club prints an annual membership contact list in our yearbook and I want to send an email to all email addresses in the list. I have the Excel/Numbers file which I could easily manipulate to generate a csv file with all the email addresses. The reason I can't use the Contacts App without hours or days of work for this one-time task is that a "membership" may include include 1 person or a couple, and if it's a couple there may be 2 email addresses I need to mail to of course. To go to all the work of separating each couple into two contacts and make separate Cards for each individual person, which we have no use for, and has no function in our situation seems silly. There must be a practical way to do a group email from a Numbers column or a .csv file no?
