appreciate to know if I can purchase mac mini m4 from apple Dubai and deliver to a friend address in Duabi while i live in Egypt
is there any restriction ?
can he sign instead of me ?
is My signature mandatory ?
I would recommend that you talk to the Dubai Apple Store. They're the only ones who can discuss their policies and procedures, including whether they can accept a credit card issued in another country and whether you can designate someone else to pick up the Mac, with any authority.
Note that buying an Apple device outside of your country can be a risk. Though with a Mac it's unlikely that you would be refused service in Egypt for a Mac sold in another country, that risk remains. I would strongly advise that you just wait until the Mac model you want becomes available in your country.

Why not order and collect from Apple Egypt Mac - Apple (EG)? Then figure out how to get it to your friend.
Hang in there, it will be soon Mac mini - Apple (EG). Or have your friend order it and ship it to you. Apple Store doesn’t do international stuff.
Mac Mini M4 was not released in Egypt yet and I want to get it for me, so I want him to receive it and deliver it to me when he comes to Egypt.
