Music is not playing on my ps5.

I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, restarting my ps5, deleting and re-downloading the app, and still no music. What do I do?

I also tried all of the above. It was working fine yesterday. Spotify is working currently, but it has ads, and who the heck wants to listen to ads while they are gaming?!

The app looks like it should be working normally, all of my library is there and everything I just played on my phone shows up. It just seems like the songs won't start playing. The time bar just stays at 00:00 and never starts playing. It is still working on my phone, I checked the status page on apple and it says that everything is working.

Yes, I checked all of the volume sliders in the music tab and the sound tab, they are all the way up.

I really hope they can help us figure this out!
