If any are scams or junk, you can report them to the FTC. I've done so, plenty of times, myself. These entries are saved to the FTC, so they can refer to it for future investigations: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/.

note : don't use third party apps to block mails it can corrupt the device , avoid using vpn services , softwares .
