What should I do if my refund request is denied?

I accidentally bought an ultra bundle$79.99, I instantly messaged Apple to request a refund, and I never received the bundle in the game I was playing.

Apple responded that it was nor eligible for refund without explanation why.

i have done this in a couple of other occasions and was granted a refund.

i live on a fixed income with lots of medical bills and could use this money, so can you please give the refund. I’ve been a loyal Apple customer for many years

No Apple employees participate in these strictly user-supported communities. This is not Apple Support and we have no means to grant any refund. Contact Apple as you have been. There is no appeal here.

The natural question is why is a self-proclaimed person living on a strict income with "lots of medical bills" spending money on games?
