And yes I've been in Settings > Camera > Formats, ProRAW and Resolution Control, HEIF Max and also ProRAW (12 till 48MP).
What am I missing? Until now my camera on the iPhone 11 was better (4032 x 3024 pixels).

Did you change your download preferences in Lightroom?
No. And my Lightroom (from 2016) doesn't understand HEIF. I know what you are going to say. I am thinking about it.
