Restart the computer in Safe Mode
Then follow the instructions in link below
About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages
Uninstall the Adware you installed.
Etrecheck may be able to help you remove it or at least find its operative parts.
They are likely in /Library/LaunchDaemons, /Library/LaunchAgents, or ~/Library/LaunchAgents.
