Brand new AirPods Pro 2’s not showing in devices in Find My. They are connected and working fine with my iPhone (even set up as Hearing Aids) but do not showing up in Find My. I have Find My turned on in the AirPods setup parameters but nothing shows.

I just got a pair of brand new AirPod Pros yesterday and I had the same issue. Said I need to finish set up. I followed the instructions which said to update, make sure Find my was enabled, etc. etc. Everything it told me to do in the list was done.
finally out of desperation I cleared out my old pair of AirPod Pros from my list (which worked fine with Find My) and the new ones from the list and restarted my phone…. After that I reconnected my new AirPods and it started working.
Not sure if it was because there were 2 AirPod Pros in the list. 🤷🏼♂️

Thanks for the info. Only thing I hadn't done was restart my iphone, which I have done now, and unfortunately it didn't make any difference with mine. Everything works perfectly with the AirPods, but they still do not show up in FindMy. That is one of the most important features for me, as I have been known to be a little absent-minded and leave things laying around where I can't find them time to time, so still hoping I can get this thing working!
