Most efficient way to clean up HD?

Hi All,

I just setup my new M4 Mac Mini. I upgraded from a 2012.

I have over 10 years of files, apps, etc. And think it would be

a good idea to dump old files, apps, etc. I don't need anymore.

What is the most efficient way to do this?

Thanks

But if you use Migration Assistant it doesn't allow that.

You would have to use a different method? Which method

would that be?

When I setup my old Mac mini I used fire wire to connect

to my other mac mini where I can filter what I want on the

new device.

Going from a 2012 to a M4 how can I connect the two devices?

I didn't research this but I bet there is a way.

I just used time machine to set it up and know it's probably the

most inefficient method.
