Hi, I have a problem since a few weeks: I cannot move emails in outlook to subfolders on my iPhone12. I was always able to do that easily to keep my emails organized. Now when I tap on edit and try to move the email, the outlook account looks greyed out and only my iCloud account looks active. Why is that? I already deleted and reinstalled the account twice. This is very annoying. Please help.

You can remove the email address from Mail and re-enter it and use the Outlook.com option when setting it up.
If that doesn't work you second alternative is start using the Outlook app on the app store.
