I begin the hearing test and it stops due to unacceptable fit in each ear. I move them around getting the same alert. I tried both medium and small to get the same result. I've always used medium so I can see large working. Several attempts have failed so far.

It can be that your ears do not fit the standard apple ear tips. Some third party companies create other ear tips, maybe those fit you better
