My airpod pro maxes (the older generation) haven’t not been connecting to my IPhone 14 or my Ipad 10th gen. I’ve force reset them, reset both of my devices, and clicked forget the device several times. Sometimes the airpods to connect, but as soon as I put them on my head they say “Not connected”. What else can I try before taking them to Apple??
If you have reset the AirPods, and they still dont connect and you're sure that they're Apple Originals, I would take them to apple if I where you
