One way is to use Conditional Highlighting.
Now all 0s in that range won't be visible.
On the Mac you could also add a Custom Format, but I couldn't find a way to do that in Numbers for iOS/iPadOS

Interesting omission on the part of iOS.
However, if you open the spreadsheet on a Mac, you can set a Custom Format that suppresses 0-values, and this is honored and reflected when you re-open the spreadsheet on iOS.
So clearly Numbers on iOS understands and supports custom formats, but there's no interface to define or edit them.
