All of my notes just disappeared from my notes!!! I donât understand how and why??? I need them 😭

Easy Fix:
Open Settings App
Tap your name at the top
Tap iCloud
Find notes and turn them on, but if on, turn them off then back on
This is exactly what happened to me on 11/6. I was on with advisors 5 days and they last offered "sorry" notes are gone. I tried the fix from stedman1 and still nothing. Any other advice? My notes were only on my device, completely removed and starting syncing back 1/2 hour later but to iCloud. When I ran out of
space they stopped syncing. I lost everything after.
When it asks me to turn it off it says all my notes will be deleted from my iPhone? Do I turn it off anyway and back on and ALL of my notes will be recovered? Just making sure
