I've set up a simple mail rule to forward an email from a certain address and it does nothing. I've tried forwarding to a different email. I've tried Subject instead of From, I've tried From Name instead of the address and it does nothing. This has been a problem for at least thee OS. What the heck Apple! This should be easy.

Try unchecking and then rechecking the rules to see if that works. Mail seems to have a short memory.
