My husband's Apple email (which we switched to as Outlook app consistenly crashes), has been working flawlessly until today. My Apple mail, btw, works just fine - it is only his. He gets a blank screen. Any help? We are using Sequoia and everything is up-to-date.

Remove the email address from mail and re-enter it using he appropriate option for the email address

I tried this and it didn't work. I still have blank email. Any other suggestions?
I got it to work. I held down the SHIFT key while launching the app and it's working perfectly again!
Apple Mail is blank - help!
