Remove payment method
It wants me to input my debit card detail for shipment
It is requesting payment method and my account information before I can download in the Apple store
I want the payment method removed

A couple of points:
- If there is an active subscription, you will need to cancel it. If a subscription is cancelled, but still shows an expiration date then it is still active until that date, it just won't be renewed. To remove it before that date, you can contact Apple directly. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
- You will need a valid payment method to download/update apps in the App Store.
If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- You can remove the payment method you have on file by adding a new one first to continue to use the App Store.
