Adding business card to Apple Wallet to work with NFC

Is it possible to add to Apple Wallet (or by using any other app) an own business card (with name and contacts), so I could use it like a payment card to let people get my contacts (vcf)? You can easily generate QR code and let them scan for easy adding a new contact, but I was thinking about the same with NFC. For sure you can use NFC tag, but maybe you can use only an iPhone and/or Apple Watch?
