How do I request a refund for accidental purchase on App Store?

Mistakenly purchased the premium version of my fitness pal, cost of €79.99. I’ve logged this issue already with apple and for some reason the request is being rejected.

could someone from apple app please look at the detail of this issue and do please organise the required refund.

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here can look at anything or give you a refund.


Apple views all purchases as final and gives refunds on an exception basis. They don't generally give a reason for rejecting them. Anecdotal evidence suggests that if you've asked for a refund in the past and received it, you're less likely to get another one.
