Without providing any issue that you are experiencing, there can be no solution offered. There is no AntiVirus software that should ever be used, so that is not the answer. The first step to secure your account is to change the password on your Apple ID and change the login on the Mac to make sure no one else has access.
I would add that Macs cannot be infected with a virus. Malware, yes but that is not a serious problem, only annoying. And it is easily removed with apps which are available. Some are free or Malwarebytes which is not costly will do the job.

Did you happen to get the “hey pervert” message or a variation, claiming to have control of your equipment, and claiming to have compromising photos, and seeking payment to a cryptocurrency address? If so, it’s spam. Creative fiction. Delete it.
