All my notes disappear from the Notes app on my iPhone
I opened up my apple notes app this afternoon to check on something only to find that they ALL have disappeared ?
why?
can anyone help me please?

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
