There is no built-in feature and toolbar icon to accomplish this in Pages. There are two alternate methods:
Copy and Paste Style: You can copy the style of selected text and paste it to other text in your document.
Paragraph and Character Styles: Pages allows you to create and apply custom styles, which can be a more efficient way to maintain consistent formatting throughout your document.
One can also add the Copy Style and Paste Style tools to the Pages Toolbar via the View menu > Customize Toolbar…
