iCloud terms and conditions in Spanish

Why am I expected to agree to the new iCloud terms and conditions written in Spanish? My default language is English. I can’t read Spanish so I cannot agree to the terms and conditions so I can’t use iCloud. It’s incredible that Apple can make such a basic error. It obviously makes me mistrustful of the new terms and conditions. What is going on here? Why don’t they make these things really simple and highlight the things that have changed in the terms and conditions and do so in the default language? How do I go about getting the text in English?

So, where did you purchase this? Out of the box, you'd essentially be required set this up with your preferred language.
