iPhone XR when I write a note and then go to mail it from note my bluemail app is gone. It was there but I deleted it off the suggestion list so I know it can be put back somehow? Anyone know?

Seems the Mail app will still be in your App Library.
If so, you can add it's icon back to the Home Screen.
First: find the Mail app:
