My beats studio 3 keeps disconnecting and connecting itself I don’t know why and I can’t update the firmware too

if it was me then I would try to make the device forget the headset, and put the headset back into pairing mode and connect to it once more, if that did not help then I would test with connecting it with another device to verify if the headset is just defect in that manner.
