I accepted new iCloud terms 11/5/24 and my Notes folder is completely empty. I use every day. Where did it go?

I accepted new iCloud terms on 11/5/24 and now my Notes Folder is completely empty. I use it every day. Where did it go? It wants me to select a topic and I’m not tech savvy so I do not know if iCloud.com or on iOS so I’m choosing iOS. Help? I am 73 and panicking.

iPhone 13, iOS 17

I just went to check if my iPhone software was updated. There was a iOS “fix” 17.7.1 recommended. I have automatic updates turned on so I do not know why it had not updated. So very uneasily I just updated and my Notes folder is back. Thank goodness. Maybe this will help others now.

Same issue. The notes “on my iPhone” disappeared after accepting the new terms. Having logged into iCloud, I *can* see the notes there but not on my phone…

I have seen one post saying that, after sometime, that poster’s notes returned but more people saying they still have the issue.

Disappointed that there are no posts from Apple on what is happening and what the fix is.
