warranty issue with iPad smart folio

I bought Smart Folio keyboard from maplex in India and it seems the warranty was pre activated and back dated to September while it was purchased in Nov’24. Now to store is not agreeing to replace it and neither the warranty has been updated. Where can I escalate this issue and find a resolution for the same.
