"...." will damage computer message
my iMac keeps popping up with a file will damage my computer. I went to community looking for answers and took the screenshot requested and am now awaiting assistance for what I should do.
iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 13.7
All those entries that are "com." followed by a long character string are likely adware caught from dicey download hosting sites. Some additional info here:

Common file types that get served up with a side dish of adware are:
- fonts
- screensavers
- hard-to-find instruction manuals
- ringtones
- games
