my iMac keeps popping up with a file will damage my computer. I went to community looking for answers and took the screenshot requested and am now awaiting assistance for what I should do.

All those entries that are "com." followed by a long character string are likely adware caught from dicey download hosting sites. Some additional info here:

MrHoffman has the correct files to be deleted. This is best be done by starting up in Safe Mode first:
