Unable to stream Prime in my Apple TV devices

Am using 3 different Apple TV devices on 3 seperate TV’s. Prime has decided to stop streaming, I can access the app, use menus however when I select a show to watch, I get the spinning disk for a minute or two then receive and error message.

Account is fine, works on mobile devices just fine.

have update OS on Apple TV, have tried multiple times to delete and reinstall Prime app. Have rebooted multiple times but nothing works.

Any suggestions?
