CarPlay not working for music apps after installing iOS 18.1

Last night I installed iOS 18.1

Today, I get in my car, plug in the iPhone, use Waze, no problems. Then, I choose to open Spotify. Instantly crashes and my car no longer shows CarPlay. I try youtube music, there the app opens, but after that if I play a song - same thing - crashes me out of CarPlay.

Can anyone help?

iPhone is 15 Pro, car is a new Renault Captur.
