How to choose the right Power Cord for MacBook Air
Is there a usb power cord for my MacBook Air MacOS Monterey Version 12.7.6...I can only find a cord I have to plug into the wall!

You don’t have a Mac that uses USB-C charging, or even has USB-C ports.

You may well have a power cord with a duck-head that connects to that MagSafe 2 charger.
Which exact model is your MacBook Air? What USB-C charging cord you would use will depend on which power adapter you have.
If it is a USB-C adapter, then you would need a USB-C to USB-C cord. On the other hand, if it is a USB-A adapter, you would need a USB-A to USB-C cord.
Not quite. That would be the version of macOS running on it.
You can find your Mac model by first clicking on the Apple Logo, and then, select "About This Mac." It should say something like Early 2015 MacBook Air.
