Cannot access store page for Movies or TV and cannot open any movie or tv title page

I too have the same issue. I successfully used it last week without encountering any problems. I attempted to remove and reinstall the app, but only the movies remained unvisible while all other stores were viewable. I verified its functionality on Apple TV.

I have the same problem. Last week was working fine when i purchased a movie. Today i was going to another one and the Movie section was not loading nor tv show. Only Music and podcasts are working. Tried clearing cache, removing the app and reinstalled, but didn't help. I have not seen Apple or anywhere commenting about this. I was trying to get advance of a movie sale but can't do anything now. I can't purchase any other way because i don't have Apple devices, just Itunes for Windows and the tv and nvidia shield apps, but i think purchase is not supported that way.

Found a solution, but not directly to Itunes and I don't know if there is an app gor iMac

I download from Microsoft Store the app AppleTV and now i can use the store fine. Feels like a modern itunes.

Download Apple TV app from Microsoft Store and it will work fine. That's the only solution i found. With that app you can use your library of purchased movies and also use the store

I'm having exactly the same problem on my iMac. Started on 10/31.

I have the same problem too. I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn’t work so when I try to enter iTunes, the movies and TV page was just blank.
