I would like to set up an Apple Business Connect account for my small business, but Spain is not on the list. 16 Countries are, but not the main 5 including Spain. Any idea where I could get information about when Spain may be included? My business appears on Apple Maps, I want to claim it before a bad actor does, but I want to claim as a business account, not to use my personal one.

No Apple employees participate here and your fellow users that do support these public communities have no access to internal Apple business or product planning. When (or if) Apple announces Business Connect for Spain, that will be the first public awareness of it.
