How do I find the creation date for Contacts records?

Using MacOS 10.15 (and current OS on another Mac)

Thanks, OT. Perhaps I was naive to expect that a complete Contacts record would have some meta-data (like an automatic creation-date field invisible to most users until needed, and not editable) like a more thorough database (the likes of which I have made, used, and modified many times). Perhaps that is a worthy suggestion for future Contacts development...

My need is to locate a record entered into my wife's Contacts by an acquaintance who she just met in passing on a plane and can't remember the name, since she was exhausted from the travel. We know the date of the flight, whence the need for a date. Awkward and obscure, but then that's at least one reason to have metadata, no?

It would be good if there were some workaround, or maybe some hidden nook in the interface...
