Apple watch in family sharing often drops cellular connection
My kid’s watch SE cellular is connected to my iphone 13pro through the family sharing. It is on ATT network. Every few days it will drop the cellular connectivity and wont be able to get or send any call, message etc and i cant track it using Find My. Restart the watch and it will work again. But you never know when it will again die. She is at school and i cant contact her due to this.
Talked with apple support many times and they did ios updates, got it uninstalled and reinstalled on my watch app. Talked with ATT and they got the eSIM reinstalled. Nothing works. Then went to Apple store and they did diagnostic and found no issues with the watch.
i have seen other reports on this and other forums about the exact issue.
looks like the family sharing or the OS has some big bug that makes the watch almost worthless.
I am spending $15 a month for a trash service. i need a solution to this problem please !
