Keeps failing with this at the end. Update failed then I have to select startup disk with 15.0.1 and supply password to rollback. Intel MacBook Air 2020 16GB, 2TB nvme

I tried again 3 times today, still getting the same error

Ok, recap: Apple Chat suggested to change the DNS to Google.
Change of DNS to the wifi router! Nothing to do with Google.
After several attempts, at least 7, I finally I got the update with no errors, I think there is an issue with the servers getting all the data to complete the update.
I tried this again on Monday and it finally worked, did not require any changes on my end. Makes me wonder if it was something on Apple's end.
So far this has not worked for me.
I still have this problem, even changing the DNS to Google servers did not help.
