Unable to make big "Focus" box blocking Menu Bar go away on MacBook

This huge annoying "Focus" box popped up near my Menu Bar randomly and I have no clue why. I have tried everything to disable it but nothing has worked. Please Help!

Keep Focus settings up to date across your Apple devices

When you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on all your Apple devices, any changes you make to Focus are reflected on your other devices, and turning a Focus on or off on one device turns it on or off on your other devices.

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Focus  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
  2. Turn “Share across devices” on or off on the right. (The option is on by default.)

Disable on ALL Devices or only this device ?

Using three different Apple Computers, 1 iPhone and 1 iWatch

Each with the latest and greatest offering from Apple

IOS for iWatch 11.1, IOS for Iphone 18.1 and macOS 15.1

Focus is Turned Off for each device for Sharing Across Devices

Do not have that Focus icon appearing in the Menu Bar
