Index Match not working.

I'm trying to use Index Match and can't get it to work. I've tried using ChatGPT and it couldn't give me a working formula either. I need to Match the Pop-Ups in B3 and C3 using the table Core Units to give me the point number. I was using IF, IFS, Switch but as more tanks are entered the function gets very big and convoluted. Any help with this will be very much appreciated. Frank
